Requirements:

Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

Gather and analyze business and process requirements.

Work as a liaison between the functional and technical team to elicit and capture business requirements.

Collaborate with IT business relationship managers, decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and operational requirements.

Facilitate interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions with various stakeholders to gather requirements

Work with management in facilitating brainstorming sessions to find solutions for the new system

Gather and translate business requirements into functional use case documents such as functional requirements document and functional design document.

Review and analyze existing business processes and application systems to develop strategies for improvement.

Research and review information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, develop business process understanding, and work with customers to uncover unmet business needs.

Create workflows and use-case diagrams which are presented to the business and technical stakeholders in workshops.

Document and revise technical system requirements, test procedures, and quality standards and serve as a conduit between the customer community and the development team.

Participate in unit integration testing with the testing team to ensure understanding of business requirements so the process/system is thoroughly tested.

Work closely with the QA team to test new systems and resolve defects as necessary. Involved in system integration testing (SIT) planning by documenting and creating E2E business scenarios.

Create end-to end process and business flows that aid the understanding of the technical and functional subject-matter experts (SMEs). Perform data analysis and data visualization on various data sets from the legacy system and ancillary applications using Tableau.

Design and develop dashboards for business units using BI tools.

Use of MS Visio, MS Project, MS OneNote, Team Foundation Server (TFS), R, SQL, SPSS, JIRA, Mainframes, Oracle, SoapUI, Postman, Microsoft Test Manager, XML, JSON, Salesforce, Snagit, Azure, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).

Will work in Iselin, NJ and/or various client sites throughout the US. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.

Requirements:

Identify changes that are required in the software development process to accelerate development and remove major impediments which are blocking team to proceed with the development.

Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and coordinate with the Release Train Engineer to manage risk, dependencies and issues log.

Engage the team by creating many old norms which will help in development and help them in improving the performance in many areas like quality, predictability, flow and velocity and which will help team to focus on many goals which will build for Program Increment Objectives.

Will represent team in the Scrum of Scrums (SoS) meeting, coordinate with the System Team, User Experience, Architecture, and Shared Services.

Streamline the Program Increment (PI) success by constant monitoring of program dashboard, risk tracking reports, visualize program cross dependencies using Agile Craft, an Agile tool to ensure Program Increment Objectives are obtained by eliminating blockers occurring during the sprint.

Will organize and facilitate overall Release and Sprint Ceremonies and instill agile principles into daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery team.

Will facilitate daily stand-up meeting to make product development teams productive and efficient.

Will coach the team in performing various retrospective techniques for example Mad sad and glad and backlog refinement techniques like MOSCOW model, KANO mode, and planning poker.

Develop Sprint Burndown Charts to track the total work remaining, and to project the likelihood of achieving the sprint goal and also provide BI-weekly status reports to others.

Build the team’s Agile knowledge and empower the team to make process improvements captured in sprint retrospective meetings.

Will use Jira tool for Agile Scrum to create/start Sprints, track team activities, organize, create and prioritize stories/Epics.

Will manage Jira Access Control, helped team to use JIRA by coaching them and also created Scrum and Kanban boards which will help team and me to track and understand the progress.

Will efficiently use JQL- JIRA Query Language to create filters, labels, quick search issues and perform bulk action on various issues.

Will maintain the team’s Confluence space with updated user flows, guidance for troubleshooting new enhancements.


Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, CIS, MIS, or a related field. 40hrs/week.

Requirements :

Develop and prepare documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of alternative approaches.

Develop specifications for databases, communication systems, hardware, network, security storage and software configurations.

Develop, compile, maintain and document configurations of the following: databases, servers, computers, security and network monitoring systems, packaged programs, macros and utilities.

Develop operational and installation procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software.

Requirements :

Responsible for system administration tasks which include installing, configuring, upgrading, controlling and monitoring of Red Hat (RHEL) (6.x and 7.x), CentOS (5/6/7), AIX (5.x/6.x/7.x), VMware ESX/ESXi 4.x/5.x/6.x and Windows 2003-2016 server Models.

Work with scripting languages including Python, Shell, Bash in Ansible for performing automation of the Daily Tasks. Develop new scripts/menus/processes for all the users (Development, QA and Field Teams).

Integrate new RPMs to provide new features stability or security vulnerability mitigation.

Support Windows Cluster servers running 2-4 nodes on Windows 2003/2008 and 2012 supporting applications like web servers, SharePoint and Active Directory environment and Migrations from Windows 2003/2008 - 2012 R2 environments.

Maintain virtual server environment using VMWARE ESXi, VSphere, VCenter and Cloud Technologies like AWS.

Identify the critical applications for system resource utilization (CPU, Memory, Threads). Built PRTG tool is used to monitor 2000+ sensors (Includes Stage, OAJ and Prod) by sending the error notifications through Slack.

Deploy applications over different stacks using Ansible/Chef. Perform regular disk management.

Create partitions according to requirements, creating new file system or expanding the existing one over the hard drives and managing the file system.

Build the servers according to the IRS remediation. Manage complex migrations on older versions of products to the latest versions and monitor the traffic of the SFTP jobs that run all day.

Improve security by controlling the user privileges/roles and implementing profiles to match the security standards.

Troubleshoot production support issues post release deployment and responsible for coming up with the solutions.
